Contributors:
Dr. Gabriele Gauler is the director of the Goethe Institute Hong Kong.
Dr. Tim Gruenewald is Assistant Professor and director of the American Studies Programme at HKU.
Dr. Andreas Leutzsch is DAAD Visiting Associate Professor in European Studies at HKU.

Guest speaker: Prof. Barbara von der Lühe is Professor in Media Studies at the Technical University Berlin and DAAD Lecturer at the SISU Chongqing. She was Visiting Professor for media studies and history at universities in Hamburg, Oldenburg, Prague, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjing. She is doing research inter alia regarding German music and literature in exile, history of media, Chinese movies and China-images in German movies and documentaries.
